All service cancellations or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation. After this 24-hour window, refunds are not available. This policy helps us allocate staff and resources efficiently to serve all clients promptly. - Cancellation Notice:
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Short-notice cancellations may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service cost to cover preparation and staffing. - No-Show Policy:
Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled service time without prior notification will be considered a no-show and may result in a full charge for the service.
Service Guarantee
We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you feel a cleaning task was not performed to your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours after service completion. We will arrange to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
Scheduling & Access

- For commercial properties, provide any necessary security codes or key access in advance.
- If access issues cause delays or require additional visits, extra charges may apply.
